2. Keep Them Hydrated—Provide fresh water at all times; use pet-safe electrolyte solutions if needed
3. Isolate the Sick Cat—Helps prevent spread and makes monitoring easier.
4. Maintain a Clean Litter Box – Track frequency and stool consistency.
5. Safe Treatments (Vet Recommended)
6. Cat-specific probiotics for digestive balance.
7. Parasite treatments if diagnosed by a vet.
8. Anti-diarrhea medication for cats only under veterinary supervision.

Never give human medications like Imodium or antibiotics without vet guidance. 

When to See a Vet Immediately

1. Diarrhea lasts more than 24–48 hours.
2. Blood in stool.
3. Lethargy, vomiting, or loss of appetite.
4. Kittens or elderly cats are affected.
